Pricing
Our Direct Book pricing is available whenever you book with us from this website or over the phone. Minimum Stay is 2 nights. Maximum per cottage is 2 adults. Not suitable for children.
No hidden extras
Our direct prices are upfront and all-inclusive – they already include the Victorian Short Stay Levy and applicable taxes.
The price you see here is the price you pay, with no extra platform service fees added at checkout.

Standard Rates:
Weekends (Fri-Sun) - $305.00 per night (min 2 nights)
Mid-Week (Mon-Thurs) - $285.00 per night (min 2 nights)
Holiday Rates:
Applies to Public Holiday weekends, Easter and Xmas periods
$325 per night (min 2 nights).
All rates include applicable taxes and levies.
For stays of 7 days or more, please ask us for pricing.
Extras:
Dog Stay - $37.50
Up to 2 Small Dogs or 1 Medium/Large Dog can stay for an extra $35 per stay - subject to agreeing to our dog policy
Extended Stay Option (subject to availability) - $64.50
Sleep in and relax. Have a late brunch or BBQ on the deck and still have time to do some more shopping, have a massage or go for a forest walk before you head home. Just ask when you send your booking request. Extra $64.50 for late check-out of 5.00pm
Early Check-in Option of 10.00am also available for an extra $64.50 (subject to availability)
Special Requests
Just ask us using the contact link or when you send us a booking request. We are happy to try and accommodate any special requests you may have for hampers, restaurant bookings, provisions etc

Our Direct Book Pricing will be the best price you can find for our property and is available when you send your booking request from this website or if you email or call us to book directly. Booking platforms usually quote a rate excluding fees and now the new levy. This is usually added at the end once you finalise you booking details.
Please note we will provide a total price quotation in response to your booking request. Extra options are available from the list above, please ask us for any other extras you may like to include at the time of submitting your booking request. Rates include all linen and towels, cleaning, firewood during the colder months, tea and coffee supplies and basic pantry items.
